The Seac Basic HD 7 mm are high-cut diving boots in 7 mm neoprene, the warmest version of the Basic HD line, designed for cold water and long dives. They protect foot and ankle, with a semi-rigid non-slip sole, stainless steel side zip and Velcro strap to put them on and take them off in no time.
Full foot and ankle protection
The semi-rigid non-slip sole in vulcanized rubber gives stability and safety on the seabed and on slippery surfaces, and protects your foot from rocks when entering and leaving the water.
Quick donning and secure fit
The stainless steel side zip and the Velcro strap let you put on and take off the boots quickly and easily, with a stable, custom fit even while wearing gloves.
Instep support
The PU insert gives excellent instep support, improves comfort and stability while finning and reduces fatigue even on longer dives.
Fin strap lock
The hard rubber notch on the heel keeps the strap of open heel fins firmly in place, preventing it from slipping throughout the dive.

Frequently asked questions
Which thickness should I choose?
It depends on the water temperature: the 7 mm is the warmest, for cold water and long dives. For milder water there are the Basic HD 5 mm and the Basic HD 3 mm.
Are they suitable for open heel fins?
Yes, the sole protects your foot and the heel notch keeps the fin strap or spring strap in place.
How do I choose the size?
Refer to the Seac size chart in the product images. The 7 mm boot is thicker: if you are between two sizes, also consider the fins you will use.
