How to buy with on-site collection


Add the product to the cart.
Select "Collect at the branch".
You will receive an email. Your order is ready to be picked up.
Collect within 5 working days.

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed through our website.
Ordering online is very simple: add the products you want to your cart, select " Collect at the office ", wait for the confirmation email and SMS and finally come to our office to collect. If you have any doubts or questions, after placing your order, contact our Customer Service .

I placed an order right now, can I pick it up right away?

We ask you to wait for our confirmation by email. If you place your order at a time when the warehouse is not operational, the collection may be postponed to the next working day after your order.

Do I have to register to order?

You can also place an order as a "guest", without registering on the site. However, if you choose to register, you will have access to exclusive offers reserved for customers. In any case, your data will be used only for the management of your orders and will absolutely not be provided to third parties.

What do I have to do when I collect the goods?

When you collect the goods, check that the products correspond to those you ordered and that are indicated on the purchase receipt. If, once you return home, you notice any damage and/or tampering, contact us within 7 days.

Can I pay by check?

We do not accept checks. The only payment systems accepted for the collection of your order are: cash for amounts up to € 1999, Bancomat and Visa and Mastercard credit cards .

Do I have to place an order? Can't I buy directly from Mareshop?

Mareshop is an online store. A collection point has been set up at our headquarters, so you must first place your order online. You will then receive a text message and an email to notify you that your order is ready for collection. You can collect within 5 working days of receiving the email or, if you are unable to collect, contact us to arrange a new date.

How long does it take before what I purchased is available for pickup?

Processing times may vary depending on product availability. If you are a registered customer, you can check the status of your order at any time in your personal area.

Can I start picking up the available products from my order?

Always check the status of your order in your personal area. If your order is made up of multiple items and some are already available, you can also make a partial collection. Write to our Customer Service indicating that you want to collect the available products. We will divide the order and send you the confirmation email for the collection. You will then receive a second email as soon as the rest of the order is available.

What kind of receipt do I get when I pick up an order and pay?

When you collect the goods you will be given the receipt of purchase of the product or, if you requested it when ordering, the accompanying invoice for the goods.
