Vai al moduloThe Ultraflex B58 control box is a flush-mount single-action twin-lever unit: it runs the throttle and gear shift on two separate levers, each connected to one cable, instead of combining them on a single lever. It has a die-cast aluminium body with chrome levers.
Technical specifications
- Type: twin lever, single action (one lever per cable)
- Mounting: flush mount, suited to the flying bridge
- Body: die-cast aluminium, chrome levers
- Levers: angled
- Adjustments: friction on the throttle lever, detents on the gear shift lever, adjustable from outside
- Safety: safety lock against accidental gear shift movement while the engine is under throttle
- Standard: EN ISO 11547 with X12 safety switch (optional)
- Compatible cables: C2, C8, MachZero and 33C
- Adapter kits: K22 for the C22 cable
How to choose
The B58 and B59 have the same functions and differ in lever shape: angled on the B58, straight on the B59. The B204 instead has a bent throttle lever and a soft grip.
Frequently asked questions
Which cables is it compatible with?
With the C2, C8, MachZero and 33C cables. The C22 cable needs the K22 kit.
Do I need the X12 safety switch?
It is optional: with the X12 the engine starts only with the gear shift in neutral, and the box complies with EN ISO 11547.
Why choose it over a single-lever unit?
Because throttle and gear shift stay on separate levers: the flush-mount installation suits the flying bridge, where there is more exposure to spray.
