Teak Wonder Cleaner is a specialized cleaner for teak wood designed to remove dirt, oxidation and weathering from teak surfaces commonly used in marine environments. The formula allows for deep cleaning of teak without sanding, helping preserve the natural structure of the wood.
Effective cleaning without damaging teak
Traditional methods used to clean teak, such as sanding or the use of highly caustic powder cleaners, can seriously damage the surface of the wood and reduce the lifespan of teak decks. Teak Wonder Cleaner offers a more controlled solution that allows teak to be cleaned thoroughly with minimal effort.
The product is neither caustic nor aggressive and does not damage caulking rubber, painted surfaces or metal fittings. The grey layer caused by oxidation and accumulated dirt can be removed in just a few minutes.
Application method
The cleaning process is simple. First, wet the surface thoroughly with fresh water. Apply the product evenly and scrub the deck with a brush that is not too stiff to avoid damaging the teak fibers. Afterwards, rinse immediately and thoroughly with water.
On very dirty or heavily oxidized surfaces, or on teak that has not been cleaned for a long time, it may be necessary to repeat the treatment. Any product drips on non-teak surfaces should be cleaned.
