Standard Horizon GX1400E GPS Black
Standard Horizon GX1400 Eclipse – Class D DSC VHF with Integrated GPS
The VHF Standard Horizon GX1400 Eclipse is a DSC Class D ITU-R M493-13 marine radio designed to ensure maximum safety and reliability during navigation. Equipped with a dedicated receiver for channel 70 , it allows the reception of DSC calls even while listening to radio communications.
Advanced Safety with DSC Distress
In case of emergency, the DSC DISTRESS function transmits a digital MAYDAY signal with the vessel's identification data, GPS coordinates (if connected) and time, allowing a rapid response from the rescue services. It is also possible to make individual, distress, safety, position request and position report calls.
High Resolution Display with Enhanced Backlight
The new dot matrix display offers superior visibility thanks to high contrast and optimised backlighting , ensuring clear reading in any lighting condition.
Intuitive E2O (Easy to Operate) Menu System
Thanks to the E2O system, navigation through the settings is even simpler and more intuitive. The management of the DSC functions and the programming of the radio are now faster and more efficient, even for less experienced users.
