The ideal mounting position to achieve proper spacing between underwater lights does not always match the optimal location for wiring. The surface-mount spacer increases installation flexibility for APELO underwater lights.
This accessory allows the cable to be routed through the side instead of drilling through the transom, making it possible to choose a position above the waterline or an area with easier internal access.
The spacer features a 5° angled surface, enabling precise adjustment of the light direction. This is useful for aiming the light toward the sides or preventing obstacles such as outboard engines or trim tabs from blocking part of the beam.
The angle can also be used to compensate for a sloped transom, ensuring optimal underwater illumination.
