Brilliant AMOLED display in an indestructible design
The Garmin Instinct 3 50mm AMOLED combines the iconic Instinct design with the most advanced display technology. The 1.3" AMOLED display (416×416 px) with always-on mode delivers vivid colors and excellent readability even in direct sunlight. The 50mm case in fiber-reinforced polymer with a reinforced aluminum bezel and chemically strengthened lens is built to withstand shocks, extreme temperatures and submersion up to 10 ATM, with MIL-STD-810 certification. The built-in LED flashlight with variable brightness and red light strobe ensures visibility in all conditions.
Multi-band GPS, navigation and outdoor sensors
The multi-band GPS with SatIQ technology automatically optimizes satellite system usage to maximize accuracy and battery life based on context. The barometric altimeter and 3-axis compass complete the outdoor navigation toolkit. Battery delivers up to 24 days in smartwatch mode (9 days always-on), 30 days in battery saver mode and 40 hours in GPS-only mode. QuickFit 26mm bands allow tool-free swaps.
Health, sports and smartwatch
Comprehensive health monitoring includes: 24/7 wrist-based heart rate, Pulse Ox blood oxygen saturation, advanced sleep tracking with Sleep Score and insights, stress and breathing monitoring, Training Readiness and Training Status. Nearly 100 sport profiles including running, swimming, cycling, hiking, water sports, gym and more. Garmin Pay for contactless payments and smart notifications complete the experience.
