Fujinon FMTRC-SX 7x50 – Marine Binocular with Compass and Rangefinder Reticle
The Fujinon FMTRC-SX 7x50 is the built-in compass version of the Porro prism FMTR-SX binocular, specifically designed for navigation. The reticle in the right eyepiece allows you to estimate distances and sizes of observed objects, while the internally-read compass provides an immediate heading reference without having to look away from the binocular.
Stability and wide field of view
The 7x magnification amplifies involuntary hand movement less, keeping the image stable even on rough waters. The 7°30′ field of view (131 m at 1,000 m) makes it easy to quickly spot boats, buoys and coastal landmarks.
Rugged, waterproof construction
The high-grip protective rubber-armored body is fully waterproof and fogproof thanks to nitrogen purging, and resistant to shocks and water pressure. The 23 mm eye relief is particularly generous, ideal for eyeglass wearers.
High-quality Fujinon optics
The glass surfaces are fully multi-coated (EBC), with Bak4 prisms and phase correction for a bright, high-contrast image edge to edge. The flat-field lens design eliminates the field curvature typical of many traditional Porro binoculars.
