The Cressi Rondine Swim is the classic Rondine reworked for swimming and training. It is molded from a soft, high-quality rubber blend, designed for repeated use and consistent performance in the pool and in open water.
The compact blade adds resistance without overloading the legs and helps keep the timing and technique of the kick. Being short, it encourages a quicker, more controlled kick and efficient power transfer, without overpowering your natural kick. The closed foot pocket is comfortable on bare skin and holds the foot firmly. The result is a training fin that gives immediate feedback and helps build strength and cardiovascular endurance.
