Professional 15A 24V Battery Charger with NRG+ Technology
The Quick SBC 365 NRG+ FR is an industrial battery charger delivering 15A at 24V, engineered for professional applications demanding reliability, compact form factor and compatibility with multiple battery technologies. Its three-stage IUoU charging profile combined with an efficiency rating of 85% or above ensures optimal recharging while minimising energy consumption and heat generation.
Compatible with All Major 24V Battery Technologies
The SBC 365 NRG+ FR supports differentiated charging for flooded lead-acid batteries (open or sealed), gel, AGM and Optima® batteries, automatically adjusting absorption and float voltage parameters to match the selected technology. This makes it suitable for a wide range of industrial, marine and electric vehicle applications.
Three Independent Outputs for Simultaneous Multi-Bank Charging
The unit features 3 independent outputs, each capable of delivering the full rated output current. The combined current drawn from all outputs must not exceed the overall nominal rating of the device. This configuration allows multiple battery banks to be managed simultaneously with a single charger, optimising both installation space and cost.
Universal AC Input and Generator Compatibility
The universal AC input accepts voltages from 83 to 264 Vac (with power derating below 108 Vac) and frequencies from 45 to 66 Hz, ensuring operation on any mains supply worldwide. A power factor of cos ϕ = 1 and full generator compatibility make the unit equally suited to off-grid environments and mobile job sites.
Compact Design and Advanced Thermal Management
With dimensions of just 114 x 252 x 71 mm and a weight of 1.6 kg, the SBC 365 NRG+ FR can be installed in space-constrained locations. The variable-speed cooling fan keeps acoustic noise below 45 dBa at 1 metre. An operating range of -15°C to +70°C (with linear derating above +45°C) ensures stable performance in demanding environments.
Integrated Protection and Certified Safety
The SBC 365 NRG+ FR incorporates an internal output fuse along with protection against short circuit, overload, output overvoltage and overtemperature. It is certified to EN 60335-2-29 (safety) and EN 55022/A – FCC Title 47 Part 15 Subpart B Class A (electromagnetic compatibility).
