When does the delivery take place?
Delivery times vary depending on the country and destination postal code. They will be shown at checkout and apply only to products currently in stock.
In some cases, the indicated stock includes items stored in external warehouses, and order processing may take up to 4 working days before shipping.
For products marked as Not in stock, processing may take between 5 and 15 days. If delays occur, our customer service will contact you with timely updates.
What are the warranty terms?

Can I return a product?

- Environmentally sealed first stage: the dry chamber keeps water away from the spring, preventing freezing
- Over-balanced first stage, for maximum performance at depth
- Lead-free brass, kinder to the environment, and trivalent chrome plating, which uses less energy than traditional chrome
- Dust cap that protects the first stage from water and debris
- Second stage with polymers made from recycled post-consumer waste and bio-based polymers not derived from petroleum
- Patented Comfo-bite mouthpiece that reduces jaw fatigue
- Venturi lever to prevent accidental free flows at the surface
